Summer in Nazaré is always very lively. During the day, the sun, the sea and the beach please everybody; beach sports, nature observation tours, and pedagogical and environmental activities for all ages complete the days. At night there are all kind of entertaining activities: live music, folk dances, dance shows, every night a different performance. Streets and pubs are always alive and full of people. Summer brings along popular celebrations in the municipality villages and also bullfights on Saturday nights. The Jazz and Big Band Festivals are also part of the summer entertainment offer.
