Year after year, in September 8th, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazaré welcomes thousands of pilgrims celebrating the miracle of the lifesaving of the noble Fuas Roupinho in 1182. Besides the religious celebrations, the event “Nazaré Celebrating” presents, during 10 days, a vast program of cultural and musical activities, as well as gastronomy and handicrafts.
